A trick I learned working in heat. One regular aspirin. Opens up veins. Rinses out muscles to avoid soreness next day. And helps with sweating. Lots of water. If you quit sweating you are in trouble with danger of heat stroke. If available bananas and melons are high potassium. Or salt tablets hiking. Again lots of wster
